On the Meal - Samsui Ginger Chicken, Dim Sum, Dessert
Samsui Ginger Chicken
Lightly seasoned steamed chicken complemented by refreshing iceberg lettuce for the ideal crunch. Served with a tasty dip of home-made ginger sauce infused with good ol’ sesame oil.
Dim Sum
A selection of fun-sized delicacies that includes both comforting usual suspects, such as char siew bao (steamed pork buns) and carrot cake, as well as delectable modern interpretations. Served warm in traditional steamers for an enhanced flavour burst.
Dessert
Osmanthus Jelly with Wolfberry - A fragrant concoction of two wonder herbs to end the meal on a sweet, soothing note.
Show Highlights - Singapore Flyer, The Esplanade, Fullerton Hotel, Merlion Park, National Art Gallery, Chinatown, Marina Bay Financial District, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and Fountain of Wealth.
After the main course, there will be a scheduled hop-off at Gardens by the Bay. Guests will be able to spend about 20 minutes enjoying the garden up close.
